About The Owners
Nate and Megan are the founders and visionary of To the T Plumbing & Heating. Nate showcases 16+ years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. He spent the entirety of his career experience working at RK Mechanical where he worked on and managed extensive and diverse plumbing and HVAC projects. Megan is a CTE Teacher at Brighton high school and community college a licensed journeyman carpenter, and field engineer. They are both focused on addressing the unique challenges in this region of their community in Northern Denver. With origination from humble beginnings and deep pride and adoration for their family has inspired them to shape To the T Plumbing & Heating into a trusted and honest household name.

Kameron is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry. At 34 years old, he balances his career with a passion for music, the outdoors, and spending time with his family and dogs. Kameron is dedicated to delivering quality work and fostering strong relationships in both his personal and professional life.
Sarah
Assistant Office Manager
Sarah is a Colorado native and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. She enjoys reading, doing puzzles and anything crafty. Sarah has a passion for animals and helping people. She is excited to learn and grow with To the T!
Courtney
Office Staff
Courtney was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV moved to Colorado 14 years ago! She enjoys crafting, traveling, and party planning. Courtney has a passion for helping people whenever and wherever. She is ready to grow and learn with To the T!
Brisa
Office Staff
Brisa was born in Phoenix, AZ, came to Colorado when she was 5, and she has been here ever since. She enjoys reading, dancing, crafting, and binge-watching The Housewives. Brisa is excited to be part of the team! :D

Hector was born and raised in Texas and moved to Colorado in his High School years. He joins our company with 13 years of experience in the industry. He always has a great attitude, is very honest, loyal and a huge go getter. In his free time, you can find him hanging out with his many animals.

Kevin is 20 years old and has been doing HVAC for a year. He likes sports and cars. He had the privilege of learning this trade under the wing of the one and only Max. He looks forward to expanding his knowledge and craft day in and day out!

Tucker is a journeyman plumber, just moved here from Massachusetts, worked many years residential and many years in local 12 Boston . Gym rat; 🐀, loves to ski enjoys movies and stand up. Has been known to tear up a little rug on the dance floor.

Toby was born and raised as a Colorado Native. He's worked in the plumbing and HVAC industry for over 12 years. He enjoys spending his downtime with his three young children and beautiful wife.

Wasssssssuuppp! Max is 23 years old and has been plumbing for 5 years and doing HVAC for 2.5 years. He enjoys going to the gym, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
