About the Owners

Nate and Megan are the founders and visionary of To the T Plumbing & Heating. Nate showcases 16+ years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. He spent the entirety of his career experience working at RK Mechanical where he worked on and managed extensive and diverse plumbing and HVAC projects. Megan is a CTE Teacher at Brighton high school and community college a licensed journeyman carpenter, and field engineer. They are both focused on addressing the unique challenges in this region of their community in Northern Denver. With origination from humble beginnings and deep pride and adoration for their family has inspired them to shape To the T Plumbing & Heating into a trusted and honest household name.

Rae - To the T's Franchise/Office Manager

Born in San Diego California as a military baby at Coronado. Lived in Colorado most of my life. I am a mother of one. I've had my hands in many things over the years. including dog training and rehabilitation which is now a hobbie of mine. All though I don't do much of it now, have always been one for adventure and a good dose of adrenaline, snow boarding, dirt biking, off roading.... anything to go out and have fun. Love to grow and learn as a person. All though I am newer to the service industry I have learned to love it and excited to expand and grow my knowledge. As well as be apart of the To the T team.

Sarah – To the T's Assistant Office Manager

Sarah is a Colorado native and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. She enjoys reading, doing puzzles and anything crafty. Sarah has a passion for animals and helping people. She is excited to learn and grow with To the T!

Hector – To the T's Tech

Hector was born and raised in Texas and moved to Colorado in his High School years. He joins our company with 13 years of experience in the industry. He always has a great attitude, is very honest, loyal and a huge go getter. In his free time, you can find him hanging out with his many animals.

Daniel – To the T's Tech

Daniel is another Colorado native, grew up in Monument. At 26 years old he served in the US Army for 5 years before joining our team. He is excited to be part of the To the T way of life!

Kevin - To the T's Tech

Kevin is excited to be part of our team where he can expand his knowledge of the trades. He loves cars, fishing and most of all he loooooves food!

Tucker - To the T's Tech

Tucker is a journeyman plumber, just moved here from Massachusetts, worked many years residential and many years in local 12 Boston . Gym rat; 🐀, loves to ski enjoys movies and stand up. Has been known to tear up a little rug on the dance floor.

Elvira – To the T’s Office Assistant/Dispatcher

Elvira, was born in Chicago and raised in Denver Colorado. She is 32 years old and has been working in the plumbing industry as a dispatcher/assistant since 2019. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family. They love going swimming, on trips to the mountains and just spending time outdoors. She loves to dance, her favorite music is bachata. She is looking forward to growing with this family based company.
